What a beautiful day in New York City.  Summer is just around the corner and we're all ready for a little extra sunshine.  This gorgeous neon yellow embroidered skirt pictured below was purchased from the  J.Crew Factory shop. This skirt is bright and screams summertime (it also got a ton of compliments today strolling through the Upper East Side).  Dress it up or dress it down, this skirt is a great piece.

Metallic Shoe Madness

During a recent trip to Florida, I justified purchasing two pairs of summer shoes. The Sperry's I found on sale at Marshalls and the Jack Rodgers I picked up in the PGA mall while on vacation. After coming home I realized that I had two pairs of metallic "platinum" shoes. In my eyes, metallic is like a neutral and they will pretty much go with everything.  Each morning I find myself reaching for one of these two pairs of shoes. So yes I love them and they're my new favorites.  I can't wait to start styling more summer outfits with these shoes.
